Dance Alive Portland
Anna Ellis is thrilled to introduce her new dance program, Dance Alive Portland. This program, hosted by Aerial Dance PDX, aims to be a vibrant fusion of dance that combines classical ballet technique, creative movement and athletic strength all into one class, designed for ages 3-18. Her passion is to foster artistic expression, encourage confidence and cultivate a positive and supportive environment for young dancers.
Tiny Tots
Pre-K (3-4 yrs.) 8 Week Summer Dance Series: June 30th/July 2nd- August 18th/20th
Tuesdays 4:00-4:40pm
Thursdays 4:00-4:40pm
This playful and engaging class is a delightful introduction to dance. Not only will your dancer develop motor skills and coordination with simple moves like jumps, spins, and balances, this class also aims to spark imagination and creative expression with props and added storytelling during stretches. Your dancer will also learn to move in sync with the music, work with others and boost their confidence in a lighthearted and supportive environment.
Kinder-Minis
Kinder-2nd grade 8 Week Summer Dance Series: June 30th/July 2nd- August 18th/20th

Mini Movers is an energetic dance class that blends ballet, athletic jazz and creative movement together in one. Dancers will build confidence, coordination, body awareness, work on balance and rhythm, and express themselves through music and imagination.
With a focus on strength, technique, flexibility, and creative play, this class encourages dancers to move with power and grace in a supportive, fun environment.
Juniors
3rd-5th grade 8 Week Summer Dance Series: July 2nd - August 20th

Dance Fusion: Ballet, Contemporary and Athletic Flow
Step into this vibrant fusion ballet, contemporary dance, and athletic training-Designed specifically for beginning to intermediate dancers and aerialists. This class focuses on building a strong technical foundation in ballet while exploring fluid, and expressive movement with athletic contemporary techniques. Students will improve strength, coordination, and body awareness while cultivating confidence and creativity every session.
Middles/Teens
6th grade and up 8 Week Summer Dance Series: June 30th - August 18th
