Education Offerings
Series Classes
We offer 10-14 week sessions in fall, winter, and spring with a shorter session in summer. Registration closes the week prior to the start date of the session.
10 Month Program
This option is ideal for students who want to commit to a longer duration of instruction that commences in a spring aerial dance performance in a theater setting. Students will remain in the same class from September through June, progressing through skills and strength with an additional focus on performance and stage presentation.
Camps
We offer camps over winter break and summer break. These camps are offered for PreK-Teens and typically follow various themes and provide opportunities on a variety of apparatus.
Locomotion Classes
Locomotion classes blend the disciplines of free running, tumbling, dance, and primordial instincts to learn ways to travel through our aerial gym. Students will learn skills and apply techniques to obstacle courses, stations, and ultimate race challenges.
Open Gyms
Open Gym is designed to give students time to practice the skills they have learned in class. Students are required to warm-up before getting in the air. Instructors are available to provide guidance and keep everyone safe. Students must have aerial experience to attend Open Gym.
Indoor Aerial Playground
Indoor Aerial Playground is a non-structured playtime for our youngest clients. Students are accompanied by their adult and have access to our class props, select aerial equipment, and can roll around as much as they want on our mat floor. An aerial coach will be present to keep visitors safe and answer questions as they arise.
What to expect in a regular aerial class
All classes begin with a big hello and welcome, followed by a healthy warm-up. Our 15-minute grounded warm-up tends to be dance and fitness focused preparing the body for aerial. Our grounded warm-up then moves to the apparatus where students work foundational strength and conditioning skills. The lesson for the day might then include climbs, locks, inversions, or sequences. We end with a cool down to return the body back to its resting form.

Dress Code
Students are required to wear form-fitting clothing. Loose clothing is distracting when going upside down and it also leads to getting tied up in knots. Pants should go down past the knee and tops should be tight enough to stay put when they go upside down. We suggest leotards or biketards but this is not a requirement. Clothing with zippers, buttons, or snaps must be removed prior to going on apparatus as well as any jewelry.
